(1) Government service employees who have been adjusted in accordance with section 7 shall be deemed to be automatically retained in the bridge posting of the agency operating the service. In this way, the staff who are on bridge duty shall be brought to appear by the relevant service operating body, except in cases where they have been assigned to work elsewhere. It should be made available to the Ministry and the National Library as soon as possible. The National Library will update the details based on the details obtained in this way.

(3) According to sub-section (1) if the employee in the bridge position is promoted to a higher position or if he is no longer in the service for any reason, such position will be canceled automatically and the service will be conducted accordingly. The agency and the National Library will update the record.

(4) According to this section, the employee in the bridge position of the government service may be a potential candidate for promotion to a higher position in the relevant service, group or subgroup of the association subject to the law related to his service condition.
